Refund policy

 Return Policy – Steyn Atelier

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. As all items are pre-owned and sold “as is,” all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on luxury handbags, wallets, or accessories once purchased.

The only exception to this policy is in the rare event that an item is found to be inauthentic after purchase. In such cases, we will honor a full refund upon verified proof of non-authenticity.

If an item is found to be inauthentic, the buyer must provide written verification from a credible third-party authenticator within 7 days of documented delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s delivery record). Returned items must be in the same condition as originally shipped and must include the original Steyn Atelier security tag intact. Once the tag has been removed, the sale is considered final and the item is ineligible for return or refund.

Upon confirmation of inauthenticity, the buyer is eligible for a 100% refund or full store credit, provided the item is returned to Steyn Atelier for verification.

Apparel Returns

We want you to love your Steyn Atelier apparel. If a clothing item isn’t the perfect fit, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
